Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GitHub gear as much as your favorite codebase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking number to monitor the return progress.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
